THE GATES: ARMOUR, LONGING & TRUTH

During 6 weeks we will spiral through the layers of conditioning, protection and history that have built an armour around your heart in order to vulnerably access the profound wisdom of your longing and then turn towards a life lived from nothing less but heart-melting, body-softening TRUTH.

This mentorship is your personal ninja training into the power of your womanhood.

  • ARMOUR (session 1 + 2):

    Getting honest about how a closed heart is what you’re (unconsciously) choosing and why. Diving into the connection between the past (personal, ancestral and collective) and how that has shaped your sense of safety. Introduction to the practice of feeling, meeting a new idea of safety that isn’t dominated by the past but deeply honouring of it. This is the gateway of choice, where you are asked to lean into a new way of looking at and experiencing reality.

  • LONGING (session 3 + 4):

    Getting honest about the true depth of your heart, the depth of your longing and also your fears of loosing yourself into it. Understanding that an open heart is the greatest protection you will ever have, as it is the gateway through which you can actually, fully and intimately experience life, and that a truly open heart will always include the wisdom of your body. The heart sits in the body. They are not separate.

  • TRUTH (session 5 + 6):

    Learning to embrace what is here as life’s intelligence, wisdom & love manifesting through you. Becoming devoted to no longer resist what is here, but actively and with full choice surrendering to it and thus becoming an active co-creator with life. Committing to honesty as a spiritual path that reverberates through your entire body, your womb and heart. Committing to becoming a practitioner, someone who actively and consciously practices depth.

  • GRAVITY (session 7):

    In our last session we will ceremonially close the journey and dive into all the ways that you can support yourself to stay on this path. This work is not limited to our course, it is the spiritual path of WOMANHOOD.

  • 7 weekly session calls (2,5h incl. break)

  • Telegram group chat to share your process and receive support from me and the group

  • 2 pre-recorded heart + womb practices to start your journey

  • Weekly guided heart + womb audio bonus practices to integrate the session

  • Written session summaries

  • Lifetime access to all session recordings, audio practices and written material

  • Live 1-1 coaching during calls (only when you’re open to it)
