Women are masters at doubting themselves.

We’ve been conditioned to. We’ve been taught to question and even neglect our inner authority and always seek the answers outside of us.

The world showed us a neat, easy-to-digest box and we’ve learned to fit into it. Centuries have passed and we are slowly waking up from this mass amnesia.

This mentorship is devotional because it will ask you to show up for yourself and do the work that’s required to bring about true change.

With my guidance you will learn to slow down and breathe deeper into your belly, slow down until you can hear the true voice of your heart.

You will find safety in admitting the things that are hard to admit, take deeper responsibility for your life and free yourself of narratives that you (or those who came before you) took on to survive.

You will be supported in accepting and maybe even celebrating who you are.

Let’s be clear:

This is not an experience for you to come and gain more “brain food” without integrating anything on a tangible level.

This is for you to cross over a threshold into a new version of yourself. It will require you to give up the safety of what has been familiar and embrace a new version of yourself.

The Method: Heart-based Embodiment

At the core of this Mentorship stands a heart-based feeling practice, a radical pathway to Sovereignty through the body. It’s radical in that it asks you to stop finding safety in your mind, your nervous system, and your very habitual patterns.

The result?

A level of sovereignty that is sourced in the depth of your own heart and being.

This work is deeply tantric in that it longs to unify what seems separate or fractioned. It asks you to leave nothing behind, integrate and transmute what is unseen (shadow) and return it to a state of Love.

During this Mentorship you are going to meet and embrace the places where you hold unmet fear, shame, pain but also joy, pleasure, rage and anything else that you haven’t yet felt safe to own.

This is a body-loving, sustainable practice that won’t ask you to move beyond the pace and capacity that is true for you in each moment. It is deeply empowering because it is self-guided.

  • monthly Mastermind interactive group session (120 min.) exploring love & power related themes that are alive in the group - inviting your active participation

  • monthly guided ritual & embodiment session (60 min.) where you can simply receive and integrate your life and the work you’ve done

  • bi-monthly guest speaker session (60-90 min.) customised depending on the themes that are alive in the group

  • active & fun community-building through conversations, exchange and feedback on a designated app (Circle) with the other women and myself (basically a virtual whiskey & cigars club for baddies)

  • virtual Vault with a growing collection of all my pre-recorded video & audio material
