We are ready for the leaders who dare to invite people into the mad beauty that this human experience holds. Metamorphosis is a facilitator training for priestesses, magicians and witches. It is for those who want to hold space for the evolution of human consciousness by embodying what they teach.
This training will support you to lead groups into the medicine of this era, which holds community and ceremonial magic at its core. Be part of a collective upwelling of beauty and witness the power of group wisdom. It doesn’t matter if you’re working with the divine feminine, holding plant ceremonies or trauma awareness retreats: Metamorphosis is a training that isn’t so much focused on the what but much more on the how.
How can I overcome my terror of being seen and taking up space?

Hi, my name is Celeste. I have a big passion for supporting women on their path towards full expression, integrated leadership and devotional purpose. Over the past 4 years I have held over 100 in-person workshops and over 20 retreats in Berlin and Europe. I have also participated and assisted many events and feel ready to share the knowledge I’ve gained and the wisdom I’ve accessed with you.
Metamorphosis #1 is the first round of a female facilitator training that I’ve been cooking up for many months. I’ve been dreaming of creating an offering for women that want to be of service to humanity’s evolution but that don’t necessarily feel called by many of the offerings for women out there.
Personally, I never really fit into the cliché ‘woman’-box of most spiritual containers, even though I judge myself to be a highly devotional and spiritual person. I have always been curious about the unseen, unspoken and untethered areas of life. I have an obsession with energetics and the laws that bind us to this incarnation. I am a full-body listener and that is also how I hold space. I respond as much to my vision as to the needs and availability of the space. And I want to teach you, how to do the same. 💚
This training will introduce you to a way of space holding, that combines both horizontal (feminine) and vertical (masculine) leadership, something that I feel is much needed in this world right now.

LIVE CALLS: structure, attendance, times & dates
I ask that you make yourself available to join at least 75% of the calls live, as they are the main learning field of this training. We always gather at 8 pm CET (Berlin time). Below are the dates for our calls, please note that we are switching from Wednesdays to Fridays and then back to Wednesdays, as I’ll be travelling a lot and will only be available on weekends in February and March.

The live calls will be a mixture of transmission/teaching and workshop.
You can show up as you are, truly, but your camera has to be on. The transmission will be a spoken & energetic introduction to a particular theme. In the workshop part you will experience that theme by being guided into a group or solo process through ritual, aspecting, trance, embodiment, authentic sharing, meditation or other ways. Please arrive on time (the session will be locked latest 10 min after it begins) and come with an intention to stay until the end.
Language
The training will be held in English, however, I will put together at least one coven with German-natives. That way you can practice and do all the group assignments in German, including the completion task (see below). If you sign up for the course, you will receive an email in early December where I will ask if you have a language preference for your coven.

Extra Material & Group Assignments
This training unlike many other online courses is centred around the live calls. There will only be a limited amount of pre-recorded material and the workbook is not here to add extra content, but to support you with clear guidance as you journey through the 6 modules. There won’t be any online members area but instead you will be working closely with a coven of witches, that are dong the training with you. Together you will feel into how often you can/want/have to to meet (online or if possible, in person) in order to complete the monthly group assignments that are necessary for you to truly learn to embody the teachings of this training. I won’t be checking up on that, as you are a grown-up and totally responsible for yourself and your life.
Support during the training
I will open a telegram channel where you can post any questions you have about the training material or the experiences you’re having in your facilitator life on every last Saturday of the month. I will take as much time as I have to respond and do my best to help you find clarity in the different areas of growth you’ll meet on this path. The channel will be used only for that purpose and to send out a reminder message one hour before our calls begin. During and after the training you can also book up to six 1-1 sessions with me and receive 50% discount on them until August 2024.
Completion & Integration
The training container will be closed within a week after the last live call on May 22nd. Your last assignment will be to solo-guide and record a 30-45 min. (online or offline) session for your coven and to receive supportive & constructive feedback from them afterwards. If you wish to also receive feedback from me, you will have the option to send me your recording that I will gladly watch and send a feedback email to you within 1 week. That option is only available until June 1st and you don’t have to make use of it at all. Once the training is over, you will be able to book integration online session with me at a discounted rate of 60€/h until August 2024. There will also be an opportunity to participate at an in-person leadership retreat for women that I’m cooking up, details will be released in early spring 2024.
The Guest Speakers
I have invited professionals from different areas of the transformational group facilitator field, all of them deeply devoted people who have found fulfilment and purpose in their body of work. Guest speaker sessions will last one hour and will be implemented into our regular group calls.*

Her powerful, authentic, and sensuous presence helps those who are in her presence to reconnect to their core to find their way back to the Temple.
Laura’s background as a clinical and criminal psychologist and her life immersions in traditional tantra, embodiment, and trauma are rare mixture.
This combination makes her uniquely suited to see beyond forms with clarity and compassion, enabling breaches for core emergence.
She has been leading groups internationally since 2012 through transformation with dedication to collective change and genuine care about the emergence of a new civilization based on freedom from conditionings and awakening of human’s hearts.
Laura is part of the teaching faculty at Highden Temple and at The International School of Temple Arts (ISTA).

She is based in Geneva, Switzerland, in which she's a pillar of the local ISTA community and where she offers in person workshops in addition to a psychotherapy practice.

No. Working with groups (in person but also online) is what this training is all about. I recommend you do a coaching training that teaches you how to hold private clients responsibly. Layla Martin is offering a great (and very intense) course worth checking out.

Yes, if you follow the instructions, put in the needed work and feel confident about the kind of work you want to offer there is no reason why you shouldn’t be making money with it. That doesn’t mean though that you’ll be able to live from it. Unless you are already sustaining yourself from this work and are doing this training to get better at what you’re already good at, there will be a time of transition. That time is different for everyone. And in the end, you’ll also have to try out for yourself if this is really what you want to invest. in. Not everyone wants to be a facilitator as a main job, many do it on the side and love it. That part is totally up to you.

Probably not. Mastery takes a life time and I am far from it. This training will help you deepen your space holding journey and support you especially with the challenges you’ll meet outside of the workshop space, as there are many and nobody talks about them. The real teacher though is life and the more you show up for your service, there more you will grow and learn.
